dirk gets mugged and instead of pulling out any of 15 swords he does as Alpha Dave taught him and manages to both tpose and dab at the same time, instantly erasing the mugger. on the other hand Jane gets mugged and she takes the mugger home and cooks them a meal. on the third hand roxy gets mugged and judo flips them so hard their body shatters the concrete. Jake, the instant the mugger goes to pull a weapon, has already shot it out of their hand, and donned a cowboy hat

please jane would kill that motherfucker without hesitation! jane crocker is supposed to come off as soft and inviting but she’s a trained heiress who has dealt with multiple assassination attempts since infancy and what i’m saying is that she is literally cutthroat, ie if you fuck with jane, say goodbye to having regular non severed veins

hc; jane crocker was already proficient in several form of martial arts by the time she was 8. she would sneak out of the house in disguise to sign up for underground martial art fighting and became champion until some of her political enemies found out and used it as way to do another assassination attempt.

banishedquasiroyal:

concept: jane crocker has killed a lot of people. she’s just never been taught to look at them as people as much as adversaries, grunts on the way to the big bad. and this is her norm for years, and she doesn’t really think about it until she’s in her twenties and at the top of the corporate ladder.

unlike her friends and (technical) relatives, jane crocker doesn’t really grieve. she doesn’t process or sit down and pick apart the pieces. she just keeps taking bullets and keeps walking, blue eyes forward even when her feet are stuck with broken glass.

but when there’s nothing left to run from, jane only has herself to look to.

AU part 2

ink0:

  • Midoriya Inko gradually begins adopting various kids and vigilantes into the Midoriya family
  • it starts with Toga Himiko.
  • Izuku is 8 years old and allowed to go out by himself to play at the park. (the benefits to being in good terms with most of the vigilantes and even some heroes in the mustafu prefecture)
  • Toga Himiko is 10. She’s been living in an orphanage for as long as she can remember after her parents were jailed for villainy. She happens to be at the same park as Izuku the same day.
  • Izuku is approached by a gaggle of bullies looking to beat down on the kid who’s been becoming a nuisance lately.
  • Izuku’s been getting self defense lessons from his mom’s friends for a year now, but he’s still small for his age and his twiggy arms can only do so much against the bigger children.
  • Himiko sees this: she remembers how kids used to bully her for having villain parents and a quirk seen as gross. She decides to Not Tolerate this happening to that kid.
  • cue Himiko walking up and throwing a punch at the ringleader of the group. After that one goes down, the rest of the group scatters.
  • Izuku is in awe of this girl, who defended him from the pretentious local children.
  • Izuku and Toga talk and play, cause who cares if they were two years apart, they’d found kindred spirits in eachother!
  • Izuku takes Toga home for dinner (and to beg a sleepover).
  • that night is Inko’s night off, and she made a good meal and had a movie set up for when Izuku gets home.
  • Izuku and Toga arrive, and Inko is understandably delighted because up until now Izuku’s only friends were the frequenting vigilantes, her, and a long time ago, Katsuki Bakugou. (Inko nipped that in the bud. Katsuki was given counselling and it was determined best for the two boys to be separated as much as possible)
  • Dinner shenanigans ensue.
  • After dinner, Inko is begged by the two kids to have a sleepover. Inko agrees, but asks for Himiko’s contact information to check with her guardians.
  • Himiko tells inko she lives in a local orphanage.
  • Inko has a steady(ish) income, an extra room, and a lonely son. so, she calls the orphanage, gets permission for a night’s custody, and sets an appointment for the next day to discuss options.
  • Inko talks with Himiko that night, after bathtime and the movie, and asks if she would like to stay.
  • Himiko agrees.
  • The next day, they’re given a month to settle in as a trial, and then they can sign the adoption papers.
  • FIRST SIBLING: GAINED

Part 1

ink0:

Au idea:

  • Midoriya Inko is short on cash, being a single mom.
  • Midoriya Inko is good at sewing and her young son is good at analysing quirks.
  • Midoriya Inko may or may not have some vigilante friends that need costumes on the down low
  • Thus, Midoriya Inko becomes a pseudo support vigilante, repairing and creating costumes from scratch under the guise of a sewing hobby.
  • Izuku helps by analysing his mom’s friends quirks and providing input. He’s a smart kid.
  • Is it illegal? They’re actually not sure.

Part 2

hashbrownwrites:

u kno i see all these soulmate fics where todoroki hates having a soulmate and thinks its a distraction/useless/another thing to hurt him and thats valid but like, i’d love to see more fics where having a soulmate is his anchor, yknow? the thread he holds onto throughout his life that keeps him from drowning completely. where’s my desperately hopeful todoroki who starves for somebody to understand him at the most basic level, who clings to the idea of his soulmate like a lifeline, who holds the concept close to his heart and keeps it there. wheres my todoroki who spitefully nurtures this precious thing and refuses to let endeavor stomp it out. theres so much power in embracing the soft and vulnerable parts of yourself and idk i just think my Very Good Boy Todoroki deserves at least one universe where that isnt completely torn from him

been thinking about an au where izuku lies that he has a quirk and shinsou’s the first to find out, and?? accidental shindeku?? accidental shindeku.

uhhh check under the cut for the Good Kush™

Izuku jerks when he feels something soft brush against his arm. Shinsou’s settled beside him, loosely mirroring his position. His expression’s unreadable.

“Since you were seven, huh?” He says finally. “Eight years is a long time to keep a secret without telling anybody. So why me?”

Izuku wipes at his eyes with his palm. “‘Cause I wanted to help you. I-I thought… if I can get into the hero course, without a Quirk, then you—“ he breaks off when his throat threatens to close.

“You have a Quirk,” he manages finally. He can’t quite meet Shinsou’s gaze, so he shifts to look at the floor instead. “And it’s really cool, Shinsou. So you’ve already got an advantage over me. You can be a hero— you— you are a hero. I just… wanted you to see that.”

Izuku squeezes his eyes shut, waiting for judgement.

Shinsou sighs and scoots away. He’s back before Izuku can stiffen at the rejection, sitting closer this time, so their shoulders brush.

A finger tapping him prompts Izuku to look up through hazy eyes.

Shinsou’s holding out a box of tissues.

“You’re making a mess of yourself,” Shinsou says in his driest deadpan, “so try using these instead of your sleeves, okay?”
