Nami’s body is able to survive fatal blows, strikes and other pressure from powerful enemies
Nami’s body is strong enough to effortlessly dodge the strong blow of a fishman
Nami has trained and is able to use her clima tact as a melee weapon
Over the years Nami has been severly harmed and injured a lot
AND YET
THIS IS HOW HER BODY LOOKS LIKE
NOT A SINGLE VISIBLE MUSCLE ALTHOUGH USOPP GOT BEEFY AS HECK AND NOT A SINGLE SCAR ALTHOUGH SHE’S BEEN THROUGH AS MUCH SHIT AS FUCKING LUFFY AND ZORO WHO KEPT THEIR SCARS
There is absolutely nothing “unfeminine” about scars, there is nothing “unfeminine” about muscles, muscles are the biological consequence of goddamn training, a human being has muscles after putting their body through something like this, if they want to or not.
Designing Nami like this is disrespecting her strenght, her fighting abilities and everything she survived and powered through.
