If you ever want to be even more afraid of what Angelus did to Dru, remember how Angel was with only visions. He was barely even lucid, overwhelmed utterly. Dru had visions without vampiric strength, and she held onto her mind and her sanity. That’s how strong she is (stronger than Angel). It’s horrific to think how far Angelus must have gone.
