I like the fact that Law did not join the whole Straw Hats Grand Fleet. It has alway been stated by both him and Luffy that they view each others as equals despite their different attitudes. Also I also kind of view their relationship like Mihawk and Shanks, in the fact that they are both friends regardless of their opposite personalities and demeanour
