In the latest volume of One Piece, a reader asked Oda whether Luffy would look like Garp when he gets older…and this was the response! I don’t know if I can handle Luffy all grown up and then old!

Also according to Sakaki, the top is Luffy as we know him (he’s asking for meat in both), and the bottom is an alternate future if Luffy didn’t become the Pirate King.The first image says, “Pirate King?! Quit Yer Dreamin!’” and the second says, “Can I have that meat you got?”
