Flaw: Gold and Silver Brothers had whiskers due to eating the Nine Tailed Fox’s flesh and absorbing its chakra, meaning you can get them without being exposed in the womb.

what should’ve happened:
- karin becomes nomad traveller, collecting perfumes from all over the world. due to being stuck in kusagakure, and then directly transitioned to otogakure, she never got much time to explore on her own before taka. it is a journey of self discovery and she becomes a much happier, peaceful person (while retaining her core personality, ofc) and she learns to forgive. she learns not to hate her scars. she learns how to block the smell of fire and ash that seem to follow her everywhere
- suigetsu collects swords, so many swords man. he starts his own little swordsquad, though it’s pretty hectic and unorganized, it’s still pretty decent. his old friends keep him under control, so it never spirals into anything too wild. all the other kids are orphans with quirks like him, and he becomes the Ultimate Big Brother figure for them all
- juugo wanders woods and spends time with the animals. he lives fairly close to konoha, since he doesn’t want to leave sasuke, since he still loses control so often, esp. when surrounded by nature. however, for the most part, he’s happy. people accept him and he befriends sai, they often admire nature together.
- they all connect together every now and then, talking about their various ventures. they are happy, and free, and sometimes for old times sake they go on whole escapades, karin and suigetsu bickering, sasuke breaking it up, the whole nine yards. they get to experience a life where they’re not the bad guys, the monsters, and it is wonderful. they are also all queerplatonic thank you god
