Im not saying that Aizawa wouldnt help Shinsou at all, its just that Shinsous quirk relies on him communicating with his target and Aizawa isnt the most vocal person. While Aizawa would help with martial arts and other physical stuff, Mic would help him train with his quirk: theyd do voice exercises and mic could teach him how to get a conversation going so he can subtly sneak a question in.
