👥 it’s me kaminari

punksusie:

listen.. i dont trust kaminari or his stans.
hes a pervert, hes friends with mineta
kiri was created to make bakugou likable and kami was created to make mineta likable.
and ppl headcanoning him as a trans girl…… no. hes a pervert along with mineta, he goes along with an encourages minetas bad behavior. hes just. kaminari isnt a good character in canon. he constantly sexualizes the girls and shit and its…. its not good to headcanon his kind of character as a trans girl, or as a lesbian. its not.

Fanon Kaminari: a good dude, wholesome, diesnt know what a mineta is, vitriolic best bud with jirou whi clumsily tries to wingman for her, liveable disaster bi. Canon Kaminari: a fuckboi, apparently grape rats best bro, probably tries to claim he was friendzoned by the obvious butch lesbian like 2 weeks into their “friendship”

todorokifuyumi:

canon kaminari: pretty anti-feminist of you to not send me nudes :// why do you hate body positivity ://////////

fanon kaminari: meet my new creation: hot cheeto smoothie

I’ve been rereading the manga lately; I’m at the Bakugou Rescue arc. In its aftermath, when Todoroki goes home and Endeavor is raging in the training room, Todoroki hears him muttering how he “won’t accept” the number 1 spot from All Might just because All Might retired. What struck me, rereading it, was how much Endeavor’s behavior reminded me of Bakugou in the Sports Festival. I’m kinda scared it’s an omen of the future… I don’t want Kacchan to be like Endeavor, even if he’s already a dick.

pitviperofdoom:

Yeah, the parallels between Bakugou and Endeavor are real! They’re both powerful and driven and obsessed with victory to the point of it being a little unhealthy, to be perfectly honest. Which is why the end of Bakugou and Izuku’s fight post-provisional-exam gives me some hope, since All-Might makes a point of emphasizing the importance of saving people on top of just winning fights.

But yeah Bakugou’s on the fast track to becoming another Endeavor if he isn’t careful.

rewatching the first episodes of bnha and im being aggressively reminded of how bakugou told izku to die :):):):):) im pissed to hell rn and i need to complain so here’s me complaining im 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪 if i was in the bnha universe i would become a villain that didnt even do villain stuff i would just show up and kick the shit out of bakugou and then disappear. that would be me

pitviperofdoom:

Yeah, Bakugou has a lot to answer for. I think that’s all that needs to be said.

i was re-reading sharp eyes and i was wondering—considering the placement exam is heavily biased towards physical or violent quirks like bakugou’s, do you think aiwaza may have started in the general department, before absolutely demolishing his competitors during the sports festival?

pitviperofdoom:

Considering that Aizawa was the one in-canon who first pointed out the flaws in the entrance exam, I’d say it’s pretty likely. I’ve seen this headcanon a lot, and it’s one that I agree with.

The most satisfying part about reading YUTS is that I literally sit there and imagine Bakugou (temporarily) gaining the ability to see Rei, and screaming “WTF DEKU THAT THING’S BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME?!” and then cue Rei tormenting Bakugou invisibly, and Bakugou trying REALLY hard to keep acting cool even though he’s imagining Rei’s demon face over his shoulder.

pitviperofdoom:

SHE FUCKIN WOULD

She would mess with him SO MUCH. She’d be the happiest dead girl in the world if she could torment Bakugou Katsuki.

pitviperofdoom:

Sometimes I just want to grab Bakugou by his collar, yank him to eye level, and yell in his face,

NOT! EVERYTHING!!!

IS!

ABOUT!

YOU!!!!!!

He does this all the time, and I think it irks me even more than his constant bad attitude and abuse of the people around him. He takes things that have nothing to do with him, that are frankly none of his damn business, and treats them like a personal affront. He did it with Izuku applying to UA. He did it with Todoroki being uncomfortable using his fire. Neither of those things have anything to do with him, but he takes them personally and seems to have convinced himself that when Izuku follows his dream and Todoroki struggles with a lifetime of abuse, they’re doing it just to slight him.

And yeah I know, inferiority complex and all that, but I swear this kid’s like a black hole, drawing in all this negativity as if it’s aimed at him when it’s really not.
