maybe. she can ONLY “undo” quirk effects (her quirk targets the plus alpha factor, like aizawa’s), HOWEVER, if the subject is? quirkless? or if she can’t properly control it? she defaults to ‘go overboard and undo everything from existence’, bc the quirk factor is integrated into every system of the body.

especially since like. aizawa can reassure her that she’s not a monster and stuff and can definitely help her reign in her quirk. he’d especially be helpful if eri’s like. afraid to touch people because of her quirk, since he can prevent her from doing any damage she think she might do.
