Airbenders: Ochako (uses bending to lift up her allies a lot), Hagakure (uses clouds and smoke to hide herself), Present Mic (blasts air at foes), Kurogiri (scatters people with his bending, moves VERY fast), Midnight (spreads poisons using air bending), INASA, Jirou (catches sounds from the wind)
Earthbenders: Deku (thought he was a nonbender at first), Iida (metalbending specialty), Kirishima (traditional), Momo (metalbending exclusive, studied sculpting techniques in Zaofu), All Might (the Avatar but has disappeared from the public eye due to his deteriorating health; chose Deku to be a successor and mentor All Might’s technique to the next Avatar after All Might passes), Aizawa (metal exclusive, uses long pliable metal bands to restrain his opponents)
Waterbenders: Todoroki (part fire nation on his father’s side), Tsuyu (uses that water rope technique a lot), Shinsou (bloodbending exclusive), Stain (bloodbending specialty), Recovery Girl (healing exclusive), Tokoyami (wears War paint that resembles a crow, uses water to shield himself), Shiguraki (pulls the moisture out of things/skin to make them crumble), Toga (bloodbender)
– With Izuku probably being an earthbender, Bakugou used to call him “useless pebble” when they were kids
– Toshinori has a waterbender necklace or belt buckle that looks a bit like the belt he has in the manga (you know, the All Might-belt buckle)
– Nana, Inko and Uraraka with airbender tattoos
– Bakugou breathing fire when he gets angry and everyone covers until it’s over because everyone is just used to it by now.
– Present Mic as an airbender that can blast enemies away with a combination of wind and his voice
– Recovery Girl smacking people over the head with little water whips because she can’t reach their heads otherwise
– Thirteen sucking people into sort-of-black holes that are actually maelstroms of either air or water, but are super dangerous
– Shigaraki is a bloodbender or earthbender that has somehow learned to dry out his enemies / turn them into dust .
– Kaminari repeatedly zapping himself with little lightning because while he does know how to bend them, he sometimes fucks up.
– Ectoplasm either water-, earth- or swampbender that learned how to create clones of himself.
– Izuku joking, trying to lighten the mood, about Toshinori “probably being a bloodbender” because the man keeps spitting blood. (Toshinori dumps water over his head for that one)

-Deku barely able to bend and could probably barely bend, though he tries really hard Which is why Kacchan calls him useles pebble
-I’ll stand by Shinsou also being a blood bender
-Midnight being an airbender that carries around powders that can effect people (like calm or paralyze them) she spreads them with her air bending
-Gran Torino also being an airbender with the marks
-Monoma being a waterbender that looks like a firebender and he can copy the style in which his opponent bends
-Eijirou being an earthbender that bends the earth to be some sort of armor
-Tetsutetsu doing the same but metalbends instead
– Hatsume is a non-bender, but balances that out with her technic and inventions
– All for One’s little brother learned to energy bend at one point and teaches it to Izuku much like Aang taught it to Korra
– Raava is also in this AU, as well as Nana being able to talk to Izuku through their bond.
– Nana literally has to be calmed down sometimes because she’s so, so happy to meet Toshinori’s successor, she constantly babbles away. Izuku only protests half-heartedly – she’s nice, and his head starts swimming when he tries to remember that she is him and he is her and their different and yet the same…it’s all really weird, being the avatar, okay.
– Shouji is a swampbender (?) that learned to control plants like tentacles – he always carries some around with him.
– Nedzu is the first speaking animal to learn how to bend
– Cementoss, obviously, an earthbender, perhaps even able to bend lava, and still a huge fanboy of All Might. He is eager to learn a more fluent bending style from Toshinori once he finds out that the other is a native waterbender.
– Mirio is an airbender so advanced in his bending that it seems as if he is phasing through his opponents attacks
– Uraraka is the one to be able to see ghosts, much like Jinora in Legend of Korra could. She always wonders who those glowing little spirit lights in Izuku’s chest are, and why sometimes, at least one of them seems to hover close to All Might-sensei
– Bakugou learned how to concentrate his flames that they remind more of explosions than flames. It’s one of the reasons why he is called a genius.
