Girl Genius characters as Disney Channel Original Movie protagonists

• Agatha: it’s just the Princess Diaries but with one of those fake vaguely Eastern European monarchies Hollywood likes so much (communism what communism?) instead of a very obvious Monaco expy.
• Zeetha: you know that sub plot in the Eloise movie (does anyone know what I’m talking about) about the Japanese prince showing up at the Plaza and the staff only realize they got the info packet on the dad instead of the ten year old they’re actually looking for two hours after Eloise has stolen him away to do normal kid stuff in New York? That, with Zeetha as the Princess & Gil/Agatha/both as Eloise, except Zeetha instigates the whole thing.
• Gil: genderbent Princess Protection Program; he’s Selina Gomez and Tarvek is Demi Levato. All the royalty costumes still look like they were bought at the prom store in the local mall but it’s like, the nice mall in the rich neighborhood.
• Tarvek: one of those “rich kid suddenly forced to live out vastly different life style because of the evacuation of London during the blitz an exchange program gone wrong” stories where the ending is about how sometimes you have to leave your birth family behind and make a new one in order to be happy.

That’s all I got, please add your own if you think of one. I feel bad for not coming up with a Violetta one but it’s been two days since I came up with this post and I don’t care enough to put more effort into it.

Violetta is definitely one of those ones where there’s a legitimate crime or conspiracy that, for some reason, has to be solved by strangely competent children instead of any authorities. Featuring an improbably satisfying balance of school drama and high concept action scenes. Get a Clue but with + 5 spy aesthetic. Tarvek is the tagalong relative, Zeetha is the devoted BFF, Agatha is the improbably cool friend, other cousins are minor antagonists who get redeemed at the end. Seffie is involved in both jockeying for social superiority at school and actual crime and somehow turns face on both at the same time by pushing Martellus into a mansion’s swimming pool at a critical moment five minutes before the credits.

I’ll also submit Colette as basically the Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century franchise but with her dad’s souped up Paris instead of a space station.
