Honestly it amuses me to no end that one of the first things Kakashi changes after becoming Hokage is updating the flak jacket to a more lightweight and durable vest. I just imagine him looking at his council tiredly like, “Do you know how many times I have been stabbed? We’re changing the uniform.”
