• mukuro not being “that creepy pervert”

• bel and mammon’s relationship

• bel’s harassment not just as comic relief but as the real truth of him being bitter that mammon isn’t there 
• the suicide attempt scene from the manga instead of that bullshit we got in the anime

• (hopefully) better handling of yamamoto’s personality and depression

• yamamoto not just being the comic relief character, or the “stupid” one
• lambo not just being the stupid comic relief kid whos bratty and spoiled
• fuckin hayato gokudera not being the “violent tsundere”
• how the treatment from lambo’s family made him as fearful and ready to hysterics as he is 
• nana not just being the ditzy housewife and being given more screentime
• nana being just a bad, or worse than the bullies even if its not intentional because she doesn’t hide the fact she thinks her son is as much of a no good loser his classmates do
• not just turning tsuna’s clumsiness, inablity to get good grades and/or naivity into satire 
• tsuna’s insecurity 
• (hopefully) better portrayal of lussuria and his fear of xanxus, who incidentally, tried to kill him though he was a loyal subordinate 
• fran not actually viewing himself as a part of the varia, because of how he’s treated, not because he’s selfish and anti-social 
• how the treatment from lambo’s family made him as fearful and ready to hysterics as he is 
• (hopefully) showing just how painfully cruel mukuro is, but still making him into a multidimensional character that can be kind as well (towards ken, chikusa and chrome, though he denies it as making them into pawns) 
• vindice’s abuse towards mukuro and the ptsd he has from it
• showing that even the kindest,  well intentioned characters can be the most inhuman 
• just having a better mixture of humor and harshness without demeaning and/or taking away the growth character’s have and develop
