Opinion on Kacchako?

Okay, so full disclosure I’m not caught up on bnha (I’m partway through the second arc of season 2), so I may be working with incomplete data, but… I don’t understand why this is a ship. I don’t know why anyone would want to do that to Ochako? Bakugo’s such an asshat, and I haven’t seen anything to suggest that he’s an asshat she’s interested in putting the time and energy into putting up with. I appreciate that Bakugo didn’t treat her as weak because she’s a girl, but respecting her enough as a human being to beat her up without reservation in a tournament isn’t quiiiiite the makings of a happy romance. It just means that, for all his faults, Bakugo isn’t sexist – he would have gone just as hard no matter what girl was in the ring with him. They haven’t had any meaningful interpersonal interaction, and like I said, it’d take a lot for me to believe someone is prepared to hold their own with Bakugo as an s/o and actually wants to..

I’ll come back to this when I’ve finished the show though in case I’m missing a later storyline.
