A couple of illustrations I did for school of the scene in PoA where Snape catches Harry coming back from Hogsmeade and finds the Marauders’ Map on him and calls down Lupin for his assistance.
Is it on purpose that the light behind Lupin looks like a halo?

When you reread this scene knowing the backstory it is 1,356 times more awesome. Remus is so smooth it’s not even funny, acting like has has no clue what’s going on. “I imagine Harry got it from a joke shop.” Just SLAY ME already.
