Modern Au Hcs for Shanks

- used to share an apartment with Beckman but the latter has moved out

- accidently candidated as the mayor of the city he lives in by saying that even he was a better choice than all the other candidates
- Luffy was thrilled and everyone wanted him to candiate
- Buggy was less thrilled because he planned on candidating himself
- Got his scar from an accident
- Drives an old, rusty car but can’t bring himself to say goodbye to it and buy a new one
