He’s the celestial dragon that was shipwrecked at fishman island eight years ago! his former slaves attempt to kill him (the whole reason he was going to fishman island was to get his slaves back, he was the WORST)but otohime saves his life and takes a bullet to the arm to protect him. mjosgard returns back to the surface and otohime decides to tag along, hoping to convince the celestial dragons of allowing fishman island to petition coming up to the surface.
the last we saw of him he was like “fuccin fish thinking she’s so important”, looks like otohime managed to win him over :’)
I feel that the kidnapping bit had to get resolved swiftly, because everyone knew of the possibly danger. I’m very curious over the WN who hit St Dipshit now.
