earlier it was stated that the canonical reason behind naruto’s whisker markings is that naruto was exposed to kurama’s chakra while he was in the womb
in order to have the whisker markings you have to have grown in the womb of the kyuubi jinchuriki
meaning that in the case of naruto’s kids they’d have to have grown in his womb to have those markings which confirms naruto as dfab and also confirms hinata as dmab as they’re her kids too
people have been trying to say that that’s not true but nah son according to in-world rules about the whisker markings naruto and hinata are both #CONFIRMED trans

i’d imagine that hinata’s trans identity would be a big part of why she had her birthright as the heiress to the clan stripped from her; they don’t seem like a very accepting clan in the first place.
as for naruto i’d say that he’s bigender! sexy no jutsu could be interpreted as his desire to be more feminine without experiencing dysphoria since his sexy no jutsu’d form isn’t his ‘real’ body
