Imagine if Dave ever found out that technically (very technically) he and Jade are cousins.

I am sure that would go over well with all his issues.

Hussie has implied + concept art from Hiveswap suggests that Grandpa Jake adopted Mom Roxy.

Dave is her son.

If Grandpa Jake is Mom Roxy’s adoptive father that means he is also Dave’s adoptive grandfather.

Then it gets tricky with Jade, she is his biological daughter but adoptive granddaughter. This means Mom Roxy can be either be said to be Jade’s sister or Jade’s aunt.

If you go with sister than Jade is Dave’s aunt. If you go with aunt than Jade is Dave’s cousin.

I said it was really technical.
