It’s the hair that gets Tobirama’s attention first. Thick and wild and gleaming dark as raven wings. For a shinobi to have such long hair is a taunt, a dare, an arrogant declaration of their superiority and skill. Only shinobi with the power to utterly destroy their enemies can wear their hair that long.
Uchiha Madara has power to spare. Hair down to his thighs and loose collared robe and the ability to take down an army on his own. Then you add the undying devotion to his family, and the gentle way he treats children, and the way he and his siblings always seem to be in exactly the right place to save Tobirama’s brothers from certain death.
Senju Tobirama falls hard. Now he needs to find out Uchiha courtship expectations. Would poetry be too forward, or should he start with something more subtle, like the hearts of Madara’s enemies?
