And here we have the real panel telling us how Law feels about everything going on, in a way that’s fairly common for him.  His words are saying one thing – that he’s still willing to cooperate – but the look on his face is saying something entirely different.  

For Law, somebody that had to see his sister and all of his friends suffer from an illness there was no cure for – not to mention experiencing it himself – hearing that Caesar is giving kids drugs to make them addicted and sick probably isn’t sitting well with him.  

In fact, he has to leave the room as soon as he hears in order to hide his reaction from Caesar and Monet and it seems to be the catalyst to make him decide that he can’t pretend to be on good terms with them any longer since it’s directly after this he goes to set up the alliance with Luffy.
